Our house

Every time I talk to a friend or family member they ask me how they want to see pictures of our house. I know I've slacked a bit by not posting pictures but I had mixed feelings about posting them. After talking with a friend yesterday, I changed my mind and here I am blogging about our new house. ;)

One reason why I've slacked off was b/c I guess I just don't want people to think I'm being a show-off. I feel like there really isn't much to show-off since I know that this house is a great blessing. It just happened to just fall on us and I don't believe in coincidences because I know God is in the works. Everything from the agent, to the sellers, and the neighborhood is what I consider a blessing. I love the ward we're in! I love my neighbor Sister Aporto!!!

This house is where we'll bring our baby to and I'm excited that she'll have a home where family is the central and most important thing. I know for sure that it is not furniture or pretty paint jobs that make up the house, but the love that surrounds it. I'm grateful for this house and I look forward to building memories with our small family, and I'm sure by the time we move we'll be slightly bigger.

The nursery that we are still working on. Yes, it's blue but only because the crib bedding set we bought is cute with blue, hot pink, and light pink. I'm excited to finish this room.
