Leaving on a jet plane (car)

I can't believe its about that time again - we're going back to Utah. I just can't come to grips with it; it feels weird that we're leaving. I am not a big fan of moving (who is?) so I'm really looking forward to graduating and having a more permanent home somewhere. This thing about moving twice a year just isn't that wonderful.

We've had a wonderful summer, just like the last post suggests. I really feel that there's been a lot of wonderful things that have happened for us. It is a great blessing that things worked out for us this summer so we came back to an apartment we are familiar with, I worked at a place I was familiar with, and its close to family. We feel really blessed. I feel like its being poured on sometimes.

This past week I finished up work. Its been good working there and like Cassie mentioned there's a good chance I'll be working there again later. Cassie and I went to California Pizza Kitchen to celebrate her friend Priyanka's birthday. I had never been to CPK, except in airports, so I thought the food was going to be overpriced and mediocre, but instead it was delicious. I'm really glad we got to meet up with Cassie's friend and their group. Cassie always tells me how nice Priyanka is, so it was good to finally meet her for more than a few minutes.

Earlier this week we got to go to another White Sox game, helped especially by my sister Sarah's sweet deal on tickets, they were $4.25. We got to watch a great game pitched by Mark Buerhle and a sox win. Fabulous. I'm definitely going to miss the ballpark while I'm in Utah, but I'm pretty confident it'll still be standing when I come back. Its great to be able to spend time with family and friends and we're going to miss you all while we're gone. If it seems like I rambled a little in this post, its because I woke up from a nap and wrote it. I hope you enjoy.
