Ballroom dancing

Dancing has always been my thing. I have loved ballet, cheerleading, and jazz dancing but today I love ballroom. When I grow up I'm definitely going to place my girls in all kinds of dance classes. I really haven't been into contemporary dance as much. It kind of freaks me out. I think of them as dancers gone retarded or possessed. Yeah, I know some people can say that about cheerleading, but I think they might say that because they've never seen modern dancing.

Any who, ballroom is my newest passion. I think I was born dancing (or something) because my earliest memory of dancing goes back to when I was three and I remember dancing in my mothers heels. Everyone always loved it when I participated in talent shows because they thought I danced really well and than there came a time when I stopped. I don't know why.

Ballroom is great though. I'm currently taking the broze level dance which encompasses Samba and Rumba. Its so much fun and its not something I struggle with. Its one of my few gifts that I have and I wish I could dance more. Sometimes I wished I could've done it professionally but my life is good. Real good. Its not something I regret not doing all through my youth. I'm planning to take more classes and that's why I decided to invest on some inexpensive ballroom shoes. Ballroom shoes can be ridiculously expensive. They are so comfy. Take a look:
