Wow, that title sounds like a Sesame Street theme. Oops! Nine is quite the number though. It seems like nine months always feels forever from now but it actually comes quicker than you might expect.
My (almost) nine months of pregnancy flew by like a breeze. I loved being pregnant and was very proud of my huge belly despite the fact everyone thought I was carrying twins.
Here I am in all my pregnant glory!

After those nine months I was finally able to meet my daughter. I cried a lot. People thought I had postpartum depression but you try getting cut opened and then try to learn how to nurse all while being poked and prodded by nurses. It was a beautiful moment despite the minor hardships. Also, the c-section didn't make me feel disconnected from her, but it did make me antsy to hold her.
A nice meeting even though I'm pretty certain I'm getting stitched up and put back together in this picture. :)

Ahhhh this finally takes me to Naomi's 9 months of life! What? Really? Not even I can believe it. I feel like she was just in my belly yesterday and now she is out and about crawling and climbing on everything. She's perfect. I think that a long time ago I wondered how I would be as a mom and how I'd adjust, now I can't really imagine my life without her. (Yes, insert cheesy feelings/voices here). My daughter is seriously my life even though sometimes I get overwhelmed I just can't stop loving her. Not that I'm trying to stop loving her.
Naomi's first swing ride on her 9 month birthday!
Isn't she lovely?

Isn't she lovely?

Naomi eats steamed carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and anything steamable.
She claps to any song whether it's Lady Gaga, the Beatles, Nursery songs, or Train.
She likes to talk really loud during Sacrament meetings.
She likes to climb on furniture/bins/toys/little children.
She said "bebe" after reading a book with babies on it.
She hasn't eaten any candy yet which I hope to keep up for awhile.

It's hard to believe she's nine months old. That is a wonderful picture of a wonderful baby girl!
Where's the park with the swings? MJ would love them and there aren't any near us. Playdate?
