Little old us

Hi everyone

I just thought I'd work on a little update on us since it's been a few weeks. Right now I'm just working full time and Cassie is going to school for the summer. School is alright for Cassie. She's trying to push up her graduation date as much as possible, and that's a big part of why we're staying out here this summer. So far its been pretty nice out here. We definitely know a lot more people who live close by us out here than in Chicago, so in a lot of ways it is easier to have a more active social life. We definitely miss home, especially our family and close friends, but we're going to visit soon.

Cassie's older sister is graduating from college in 10 days and we're leaving in one week to go visit Chicago and be at the graduation. It should be a lot of fun, and I've heard that Cassie's mom is going to make tons of tacos as a celebration, so those of you that have had real tacos know how much I'm looking forward to that. Other highlights from the trip should be seeing our families, including getting to meet my brother's fiance for the first time (they'll get married two weeks after we meet her). It'll probably be pretty hard to want to come back to Utah after being in Chicago for 4 days, but we'll talk ourselves into it one way or another.
